Permitted Development
In most cases, our garden room buildings (up to 30sq metres) don’t require planning permission as they are built to comply with permitted development rights. However, any room that is deemed ‘habitable’, such as a kitchenette, do require planning permission and building regulations. All in the Detail
After having a site visit and discussing your requirements for your new garden room we produce initial sketches followed by detailed drawings. Key details such as cladding type, windows and doors, as well as interior finish can be finalised at this point,
Quality Construction
We pride ourselves on using the best construction methods for your project. From traditional joinery techniques to using steel to help push the boundaries of a structure. All our timber used is FSC certified and we will only ever use C24 graded timber on the structural elements of the build. .
